NuBloom Return & Refund Policy

NuBloom is committed to providing high-quality products and services while adhering to all applicable safety, regulatory, and compliance standards. 

Because many of our offerings involve supplements, medical services, or prescription products, our return and refund policies are designed to protect patient safety and comply with federal and state regulations.

Supplements (Non-Prescription) 
  • Unopened and unused supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges.
For safety and quality reasons, opened or used supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

Prescription Medications & Compounded Products

Due to regulatory and safety requirements, all prescription medications and compounded products are final sale and non-refundable. These items cannot be returned once dispensed.

Medical Services, Programs & Digital Products 
  • Telemedicine consultations, medical evaluations, coaching programs, lab reviews, and other professional services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • Digital products, educational materials, and program access are non-refundable once access has been provided.
  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped or a service period has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nubloom.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders for non-prescription products may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policies outlined above.

Prescription and compounded orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

To initiate a return or report an order issue, please contact support@nubloom.com with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
  • NuBloom does not accept returns or issue refunds for products or services purchased through third-party retailers or providers.
  • This policy is subject to change and applies only to purchases made directly through NuBloom.
