Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect OrdersIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within
7 days of delivery at
support@nubloom.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order CancellationsOrders for non-prescription products may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policies outlined above.
Prescription and compounded orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
